GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

☆ All Swimming Teachers are DBS checked, fully qualified, covered by STA insurance and hold lifesaving qualifications.

☆ Class session ayments can be made by the following method. Through Class for Kids booking system via subscription

☆ Unfortunately, no refunds can be given unless in the case of a medical injury where a doctor’s note can be provided.

☆ No refunds will be made for children unable to attend lessons due to holidays taken in the term time.

☆ If you or your child is ill and unable to attend lessons please let us know as soon as possible by call or text to Lindsey on 07764 496596 or Claireon 07837 472428.

☆ In the unlikely event that lessons need to be cancelled, you will be contacted via text or the booking system as soon as is possible. Please ensure that you have provided all the correct contact information. We will then instruct for a refund to be issued to the account at up for the subscription within 2 to 5 workng days.

☆ No putdoor footwear to be worn on poolside

☆ No talc or aerosols to be used in the pool changing rooms

☆ No food or drinks to be consumed in the pool area

☆ Braeburn school is strictly a no smoking/vaping zone

Cancellation Policy

☆ To cancel your child's place we need one month's notice. Please contact Claire o t Lindsey so we can stop your subscription payment.

Communication

☆ As a team we are focus on delivering the highest standards of teaching for all our swimmers. If you have any issues or problems then please speak with us to give us the opportunity to make things right. We aim for all children to progress in the fastest possible time and if you feel we can help your child in additional ways please talk to us.

☆ Where possible we will keep your child's teacher the same throughout except for holidays or sickness cover where we may need to put s cover teacher in place.
